Job Description: I am expanding my Virtual life insurance agency Looking for top tier sales talent that wants to work from home, and scale effectively.
If your like me and have been to other insurance outfits you may find yourself sitting in an office, putting on a suit, traveling to work and wondering why on earth your doing this! We all got into the business for freedom and making alot of money right!
I have been in the insurance business for many years now. I myself have been with multiple outfits, until I landed at what I truly believe is the best opportunity in the Insurance sales industry. Take my research/pain and experience so you dont have to!
I have made this organization my home, and I am expanding now so you can do the same. We have a repeatable process and a system that we know how to get an agent to earn above $100k per year.First year earning expectations are $100-$150k.
With a plan in a 3 year time table if you want to build out a team we can help you scale past $500k/yr with our systems and processes.If your looking for Fluff and things selling you a fantasy you wont find it here. We keep receipts and can show you our income/Comp Reports etc, and how you can get there too without having to be here for a dang decade.
Please dont trust people that show you numbers but dont show you deposits!What we do and Provide:
1- FREE LEADS. Yes Free, not sorta free like you can take an advance from the company but still have to pay it back out of your commissions… NO Actually free. Then when you sell, you get more FREE LEADS.
2- Realistic Income to do above $100k year one.
3- A pathway to get to $1,000,000 + per year in income if you want to do that. Yes you read that correctly.
4- Aggressive pay structure, bonuses, free trips etc.
5- No initial large investment where you have to buy leads, software etc. Just need to get your license.
6- Leads that are not shared or given to other agents.
7- Sell a product that STICKS ON THE BOOKS and pays residuals for a LONG TIME. This is not health insurance where the book is going to $0 in value faster than you can write new business.Who we are?
