As a TMO, you will be responsible for acquiring new business clients, focusing on depository and treasury management solutions. Join us as we continue to lead Arizona banks in revenue and loan growth!Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, sell, and support treasury/cash management products and services to business clients and prospects, meeting call, deposits, and revenue goals.
- Promote treasury/cash management products internally and externally, customizing offerings to enhance client relationships.
- Build and manage referral partnerships to expand service offerings and drive new business.
- Acquire and grow fee income and deposits through strategic alliances, cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with client success and lending teams to meet client needs and drive financial performance.
- Utilize reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities effectively.
- Lead and support sales campaigns aimed at increasing fee income and deposit revenue.
- Provide insights based on a deep understanding of clients’ business needs to foster engagement and loyalty.
- Ensure outstanding service delivery that aligns with client expectations and compliance requirements.
- Participate in community and business functions to enhance the bank’s market presence.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Treasury Management, providing best practices and guidance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Customer Focused: Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to create customized solutions.
- Prospecting: Proven skills in identifying and engaging potential clients; ability to strategize and target key industries.
- Selling: Deep knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate their value.
- Payments Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of deposit products and payment types.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in advising clients on technological tools and resources, with strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related programs.
- Risk Management: Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements, including NACHA, BSA, and AML.
- Collaboration: Ability to foster teamwork and share information to solve business problems.
- Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to make informed, productive decisions.
- Problem Solving: Familiarity with tools and techniques for resolving operational issues.
- Effective Communication: Ability to clearly convey ideas and information.
- Solutions Development: Skill in assessing customer needs and providing effective solutions.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business administration preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of direct experience in Treasury management sales and/or deposit product management.
- Proven success in winning new TM business deals and managing the servicing and onboarding process.
