Job Description: Travel Rehab RN (13 weeks) – Lawton, OK
Connected Health Care Trusted Healthcare Recruitment & Staffing PartnerConnected Health Care is excited to partner with a top-tier facility in Lawton, Oklahoma, seeking a dedicated Travel Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) to join their rehabilitation team. As a Travel Rehab RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients undergoing rehabilitation. Youll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the rehabilitation unit
- Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Administer medications and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and at-home care plans
- Ensure a safe, positive, and healing environment for all patients
Education and Certification Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma (or compact license)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation or med/surg setting
