• CA license
• 1 year experience with IR (can be combined Cath/EP/IR)
• BLS
• ARRT- R
• Fluoro Permit
• CA CRT
• 2 years experience preferred

• Preferred xray – phillips C-arm and siemens bi-plane
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Not Required
