Job Description: DescriptionThe San Diego Unified School District is currently seeking a Student Information Systems Site Technician II to coordinate the operation of and provides technical assistance to clerical staff performing duties related to the implementation and maintenance of the computerized student information system records and reports at a large secondary school. May also include building the student master schedule as well as data analysis. There is currently one full-time (40 hour per week, 10 month per year) vacancy available at Monroe Clark Middle School (Area F).To view the District Map please . This list will be active for three (3) months with the possibility to be extended.
This is a promotional/open opportunity, which means that current monthly-salaried employees receive precedence over other candidates on the eligible list.

Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to graduation from high school supplemented by successful completion of a training course in the use of microcomputers and two years of progressively responsible office clerical experience which must have included the operation of microcomputers.LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
A typing/keyboarding certificate for 25 words per minute*, net corrected speed on a five-minute timed test (online tests are not accepted).*This classification requires that incumbents be skilled in typing/keyboarding at a minimum of 25 words per minute. Applicants must certify in writing that they have such skills. Demonstrated proficiency will be expected during the probationary period for the class.Supplemental InformationAPPLICATION PROCESS:
