• Actively participate in functional design alongside other functional teams and business stakeholders
• Develop detailed functional specifications
• Identify risks, confirm their validity, and devise strategies to mitigate them
• Clearly translate and communicate business requirements to the business using story-based narratives, and present strategies and recommendations to executives
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Supply Planning + Backlog Management
• Served as a Cloud Functional Consultant on global implementations
• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, specializing in Supply Planning + Backlog management
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning for optimizing inventory management and Backlog Management
• Demonstrated experience in configuring and managing end-to-end supply chain processes across various Oracle Cloud SCM modules
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Live near or willing to relocate to Austin, TX. Relocation assistance is available.

Preferred

• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, etc.
• Expertise in orchestrating supply chain processes to ensure seamless integration across multiple locations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.
• Excellent Written and Communication Skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
