Title of the Job: Senior Tax Manager

Job Description:

• Preparation and first-round review of tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065)
• Internal review processes
• Managing multistate and pass-through entity tax issues

• broad experience in areas such as: bankruptcy and insolvency, forensic accounting/computing, litigation support, tax compliance, high net worth personal financial management, political campaign finance reporting and commercial business advisory
• Practice is focused on:
