Job Description: Job Title: Senior Industrial Hygienist Location: Washington, DC.Job Type: Hybrid, on-site.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Industrial Hygienist to join our team. We are a rapidly growing consulting firm that is experiencing exponential growth and are looking to augment our team of talented individuals!The position is for a self-motivated individual with 10+ years of experience managing multiple projects on a fast-paced schedule. The ideal candidate shall be detail oriented, a critical thinker and experienced technical writer with problem solving skills and the ability to communicate complicated problems in a concise manner.Core Responsibilities :

• Organize and execute on-call inspections/assessment for mold, indoor air-quality, asbestos and lead based paint.
• Manage projects from scheduling the work, performing site investigations, and preparing reports.
• Prepare remediation protocols.
• Frequent travel for field work/site visits. (80% DC/Northern Virginia area and 20% Baltimore area.)

Qualifications :

• BS in Environmental Science, Biology, Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related environmental/scientific field. MS
• Field experience directly related to industrial hygiene. Experience with residential and/or healthcare facilities will be an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for frequent field travel.

Skills & Abilities :

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Ability to complete complex tasks, handle multiple priorities, and perform exceptionally under fast-paced conditions.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability/willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment, including the use of respirators. Participate in medical surveillance including respirator fit testing and vaccinations.
• Ability/willingness to work on elevated heights and carrying field testing equipment (up to 30 pounds) onto job sites with regularity.
