As a Remote Typist, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing various documents, ensuring data integrity, and meeting deadlines. • Accurately transcribe and type documents, reports, and correspondence from audio recordings, handwritten notes, or other formats.
• Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity by following the companys data protection policies.
• Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring proper formatting and document structure.
• Meet daily or weekly production goals, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to clarify project requirements or expectations.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong typing speed (minimum of 60 WPM) with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using word processing software (Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc.).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with formatting documents, grammar, and proofreading.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a typing or administrative role is preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with transcription or data entry tasks is a plus.
• No prior experience? Training will be provided for highly motivated candidates with strong typing skills.
