Qualifications:
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
- Previous employment in a service/retention and/or sales role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers
- Possess required Illinois Insurance Licenses—or willingness to earn obtain asap in Property & Casualty and Life & Health—
- Insurance agency experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, or other languages helpful
- This is an in-office position only – Candidates who are located in or near the Northside of Chicago area are preferred.

- Starting compensation for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, insurance experience, education and insurance licenses/certifications.

Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
