Compensation: $100,000 annually (based on experience) + bonus

Pierre Landscape is seeking a Quality and Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance Division, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.About the Role:
We’re looking for someone whose Predictive Index (PI) closely matches the traits of a Captain, Venturer, and Strategist. This means you’re confident, driven, and strategic while being able to navigate challenges and inspire teams to achieve their best.As the Quality and Maintenance Manager, you’ll oversee field operations, guide teams to deliver exceptional results, and ensure compliance with processes and procedures. You’ll also help develop best practices, maintain quality standards, and ensure seamless communication between field crews and leadership.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead field teams in implementing best practices for installation and maintenance.
- Ensure all quality control inspections are performed daily and meet company standards.
- Hold team members accountable to operational processes and procedures while remaining approachable and collaborative.
- Oversee and train crew leaders and new field staff to ensure performance excellence.
- Track and analyze field productivity (budget vs. actual) and share insights with leadership.
- Ensure training materials are accurate, updated, and aligned with company standards.
- Conduct site visits to connect with crews and assess field operations and logistics.
- Supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of completed projects per design specifications.
- Mitigate financial exposure through proactive resolution of warranty claims.
- Facilitate transitions between installation and post-installation maintenance.
- Conduct specialized training sessions (e.g., irrigation systems, plant care).
- Represent Pierre Landscape professionally in all interactions with clients and teams.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Proven leadership experience in landscape maintenance.
- Ability to hold others accountable while fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Certified Arborist or Tree Risk Assessor credentials are a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
Technical Requirements:
- Valid California Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with navigation tools to plan routes efficiently.
- Ability to adapt to traffic, weather, and construction delays.
