Job Description: Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Luxury Homes construction projects. The role requires adeptness in project planning, team management, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage and oversee Luxury Homes construction projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and construction teams
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction
- Lead a team of construction professionals and subcontractors
- Comply with industry regulations and safety standards
- Handle any arising issues or delays in the project
- Report project progress to senior management

- A degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
