Provide comfort and caring as an NYP nursing attendant-keeping our fast-paced environments running smoothly.ÂProvide compassionate patient focus and perform select care duties under the supervision of a registered nurse. Improve the patient experience and maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment. Measure and record temperatures, pulses, respiration and blood pressure. Demonstrate what it means to be part of a team and raise the bar for patient care.ÂThis is a part time evening shift position, 3:00 pm- 11:15 pm, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend, located at NewYork-Presbyterian/Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital.Required CriteriaHigh school diploma or GED is requiredCurrent CPR Training from the American Heart Association is requiredMust meet one of the following:Previous Nurse’s Aide experience in a hospital settingCertification from an approved accredited Nurse Aid training programCurrent enrollment in a BSN program – at the junior year level and/or completion of at least one clinical practicum#LI-PB1Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
