Responsibilities Include::Overseeing the operations and functioning of the facility relating to nursing, medications, and medical treatmentScheduling, supervising, and developing nursing staffProviding in-service training and education to staff and clientsMaintaining medical safety standardsOverseeing client care plans and the administration of client medicationsServing as a liaison between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clientsThe Nurse Manager position is scheduled to work Monday-Friday, during normal business hours. Applicants should also be able to work on-call as needed. Qualifications::BSN from an accredited school of nursing, and current RN licensurePrevious experience managing nursing operations, either in a residential or hospital eating disorder setting, is preferredExcellent communication, patient relations, and time management skills; safety awareness; and the ability to work as a member of a treatment team are all required#clementine
