Full Time Night AuditorJob Description:We are looking to add a reliable Night Auditor to represent Spearfish Canyon Lodge from 11pm – 7am and ensure that each guest has a pleasant stay with us!Responsibilities:· Providing the best customer service possible! You are the first person to welcome each guest to Spearfish Canyon Lodge and it is essential that this experience is a positive one
· Must be reliable, organized, and detail orientated
· Responsible for verifying all daily paperwork for 5 different locations
· Responsible for entering daily data into a variety of spreadsheets
· Responsible for end of day process and entering information into our accounting program· Answering inquiries regarding our location, lodging, rentals, and the Latchstring Restaurant· Answering all incoming phone calls in a pleasant and efficient manner· Making lodging and rental reservations· Strong ability to multi-task· Strong communication and listening skills· Ensures confidentiality, security and safety of hotel guests· Willing to learn our systems for lodging and rentals· Maintains cleanliness of Front Desk area, lobby, gift shop, and public restrooms· Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanorSalary:· $18 – $20+ DOEJob Type:· Full-time or Part-time positions available. Full time position would include working three 3-11 shifts.Schedule:· Two 11pm – 7am and three 3pm-11pm shifts.· Weekends required· Holidays requiredBenefits:· Monthly Bonus Structure· Paid Vacation (Full Time Only)· Dental Insurance (Full Time Only)
