Responsible for all internal and external communication including creation, production, execution and distribution. Focuses on the complete Member and Rental Home guest experience through consistent communication, personalized service and building meaningful relationships.Member ServicesEssential Job Functions:
- Understand, facilitate and abide by property rules, standards & regulations.
- Primary Member liaison along with the General Manager.
- Work closely with Finance to rectify any billing errors.
- Manage communication between all departments at.
- Ensure a positive Member experience through the app, social media, weekly blasts, and marketing materials, ensuring effective distribution.
- Maintain and cultivate Member relationships to continue to better the Member experience and create opportunities to grow as a property.
- Manage all Member data and facilitate new Member onboarding process.
- Process all Membership applications through the appropriate channels.
- Work with Accounting to process initiation fees, structure annual dues, and track all special membership structures.
Rental Home ServicesEssential Job Functions:
- With the General Manager, set rates for all rental homes, manage the additions, deletions, and blackout dates for rental properties.
- Point of contact for Members and property owners regarding reservations or owner blocks.
- Generate market research reports to assure our rates are reasonable and competitive.
- Create and update “welcome packages” that are placed in the homes to assure the rental guests have the information needed.
- Assist with arrivals and coordinate resources required to meet all rental needs
- Ensure members & guests have a smooth arrival and exemplary experience while on property
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the property operated Rental Homes.
- Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure all rental homes are prepared adequately and in a timely manner prior to member-guest check-in time
- Inspect rental home condition for all arrivals and audit in house and checked out rental homes
- Identify and report property maintenance conditions and create work orders for all required repairs
- Handle inquiries and concerns regarding the rental homes in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively to adhere to work processes and ensure systems are in place to support the execution of the rental homes.
- Assist Mangers/Supervisors with hiring, training, and managing assigned associates for the highest level of Member service.
- Manage associates-including hiring, training, coaching, discipline, etc.
- Oversee the budgets for assigned departments to ensure that costs are maintained within budgetary guidelines.
- Uphold Montage core values, and lead associates to do the same
- Perform other additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience required in a hotel or club environment
- Demonstrated success in delivering the highest level of customer service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), Outlook, InDesign or Photoshop and other club related systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be detail oriented and organized with ability to multi-task
- Creative and resourceful
- Collaborative, with strong ability to position and secure buy-in
- Dependable and available to work on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit at a desk for up to five (5) hours per day
- Walking and standing are required, and length of time may vary
- Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach other departments of the hotel on a timely basis
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors, and subordinates; use of these senses will occur on a constant basis
- Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in variable weather conditions, including hot, cold, windy, wet weather and varying temperatures by season
