Job Description: This position is in CSB’s Contracts & Supportive Services Division. You’ll be a part of a team of diverse professionals and perform professional analytic and technical work to assist with the analysis, data management, research and policy development related to the operations and functioning of the behavioral health supported employment unit. You will assist with the collecting, assessing and monitoring, of data related to the behavioral health supported employment services and reporting on the business processes and activities related to indicators of evidence-based performance, quality/best practice services, quantity, and efficiency. Provides input and implements processes with regard to improving data collection processes, have responsibility for all necessary data/paperwork from an electronic health record needed for referrals of clients to of an integrated referral and treatment team process for the behavioral health supported employment unit, collect referrals, responds to a large number of stakeholders regarding referral process, provide extensive data entry, excel spreadsheet tracking, collecting, analyzing and sorting data regarding referral process and referral sources, collecting, analyzing and reporting out on year-end data. Four years of increasingly complex technical experience in the assigned functional area, comparable to experience at the Admin Assistant IV, or higher, level. This class can serve as a bridge class enabling individuals who do not meet the educational or professional experience standards listed above to qualify for this class by possessing four years of increasingly complex technical experience in the assigned functional area, comparable to experience at the Admin Assistant IV, or higher, level. The purpose of this bridge class is to promote upward mobility within the Fairfax County workforce. However, persons qualifying for this class on the basis of their technical experience may not substitute this technical experience for education, or for professional experience, in order to qualify for other employment opportunities.CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES REQUIRED:
None.NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
The appointee to this position will be required to complete a criminal background check, a Child Protective Services Registry check, and sanction screening to the satisfaction of the employer.   • Experience working with Evidence Based Services
  • Experience working in behavioral health settings
  • Experience collecting data and ensuring data compliance
  • Experience with complex spreadsheets, tracking data, and analyzing data.
  • Experience working with electronic health record systems
  • Experience collecting and reconciling monthly billing invoices
  • Experience auditing electronic health records data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
