Job Description: Exciting Opportunity: Insurance Coverage AttorneyA thriving litigation firm is seeking admitted attorneys with a minimum of three years of experience to join its Insurance Coverage team. This dynamic, fast-paced environment offers the chance to work alongside well-respected and experienced trial lawyers.Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional writing skills and the ability to manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
- Experience conducting depositions, managing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation.
- A proven background in providing coverage analysis to clients, particularly with D&O, management liability, and professional liability policies.
- Litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing.
- Familiarity with both state and federal court proceedings (highly preferred).
