Location: San Francisco, CA

Job Description: Pay: $80.00/hr. to $90/hr. (Union Scale) (as listed on the job requisition)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.Sign on bonus availableResponsibilities:

• Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures
• Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
• Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary
• Assists in emergencies as needed
• Travel to customer sites to provide required repairs, maintenance and service to HVAC units, including chillers, boilers and cooling towers.
• Company vehicle/fuel card is provided
• Work on low temperature refrigeration equipment

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available
• Low temp, refrigeration experience
• Mechanical background
• Experience with Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers
• Must be EPA Universal Certified
• Must have a valid driver license
• Looking for 5+ years of refrigeration/HVAC experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with low temperature refrigeration
• 5+ years Commercial HVAC experience
