Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented Hair Replacement Specialist to join our team, focused on providing clients with exceptional hair replacement solutions that help them look and feel their best. As a Hair Replacement Specialist, you will utilize both basic and advanced techniques to offer personalized hair replacement services. You’ll engage with clients to discuss the best hair replacement options and products tailored to their individual needs and preferences. Most importantly, your goal will be to ensure that every client leaves our salon feeling confident and delighted with the transformation we’ve provided.Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers’ face shape, hair characteristics, and personal preferences to recommend suitable hair replacement solutions such as wigs, toupees, and hairpieces.
• Provide thorough consultations to understand and advise on the best hair replacement options for each client’s unique needs.
• Offer comprehensive hair care services, including washing and applying appropriate treatments to hair replacement systems.
• Customize and style wigs and toupees to ensure a natural and seamless look, using advanced cutting and styling techniques.
• Provide guidance on the application and maintenance of hair replacement systems, ensuring they meet the client’s lifestyle and aesthetic desires.
• Offer a diverse selection of hair styling options for hair systems, ranging from formal to casual looks

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a cosmetology school is required
• Proven experience as a stylist, hairdresser, or similar role is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of hair cutting techniques and best practices
• Skilled at hair coloring, straightening, and curling techniques
• Familiar with a variety of treatment products
• Up-to-date with trends in fashion and beauty
• Experience in the filed of hair replacement
