Our dedication to excellence allows us to consistently exceed expectations, and we are looking for a talented General Handyman to join our growing team.Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and skilled General Handyman to assist in the delivery of exceptional maintenance and repair services. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients’ properties are well-maintained and that all repairs are completed to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Repairs & Maintenance: Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance repairs across a variety of locations.
• Installations & Renovations: Install and replace flooring, roofing, piping, stairs, doors, windows, and ceilings. Undertake necessary repairs and paint as needed.
• Cleaning & Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of properties, ensuring all areas are in optimal condition.
• HVAC Services: Service and repair heating and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Waste Management: Ensure trash and recycling bins are regularly maintained and kept tidy across facilities.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs effectively.
• Problem-Solving & Organization: Manage a variety of tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all work is completed in a timely and organized manner.
• Tools & Transport: Bring your own tools and reliable transportation to job sites.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is preferred (equivalent experience may be considered).
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Strong mechanical skills are a plus.
• A contractor or journeyman license is an added benefit.
• Flexible availability to meet job requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with clients and team members.
