Title of the Job: Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Location: Tucson, AZ

Job Description: Full-Charge Bookkeeper
Hours: full time flex between 7-5
Pay – $22/ hrTasks:
Check bank & update month’s sales/cash spreadsheet
Check email throughout the day for vendor invoices
Review and print auth.net settlement emails for credit card deposits
Audit/recap store recon reports – resolve discrepancies
AP check runs – mail checks based on due date/cashflow
Complete AZ form 5000A and submit to vendors, as required
Complete vendor applications
Payroll-compute EE’s hours from their timecards
Process payroll in Sage
Payroll taxes (balance & submit online)
Print payroll reports
