Job Description: Job Description:We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Tampa, Florida. The role is primarily focused on conducting essential accounting tasks, playing a crucial role in managing accounts receivable and payable, and preparing account reconciliations. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will also contribute to the implementation of a new accounting system and work towards the continuous improvement of processes and procedures for enhanced efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain general ledger and record financial transactions
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage invoicing
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
- Assist with tax filings and work with external auditors
Requirements:
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience (full charge)
- Experience with QuickBooks REQUIRED
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
