Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with housing operations managers to deliver customer-centric services, encompassing check-ins, check-outs, record-keeping, and the management of mail and packages
• Enforce guest and visitor policies for residents and live-in staff, primarily during weekend shifts, with a focus on the Warehouse residence hall
• Provide crucial break officer support at multiple residence halls under the Housing and Residential Services (HRS) operations manager. This includes desk services during regular weekday operating hours, covering staff breaks and meals, and filling in for weekly desk staff to manage vacations, sick leave, and emergencies
• Report directly to the HRS operations manager, desk services

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is required
• Excellent organizational and great communication skills
• Comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite and open to learn a new system
