• You currently hold your securities license and are actively practicing as a Financial Advisor with no less than 1-3 yrs experience in the field
• You currently hold your Life & Health License (or you agree to obtain it prior to employment)
• You can demonstrate a history of prospecting, competing for, and closing financial service accounts
