If you are a skilled legal professional with a background in defense, trial/arbitration experience, and a passion for delivering top-notch legal representation, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and management of complex transportation acciden and injury defense cases, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, and providing general litigation support.
• 10-15 years of trial experience, either in criminal or civil matters, demonstrating a solid understanding of courtroom procedures and strategies.
• Handle a diverse caseload and maintain a high level of file management efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior partners and team members to develop and execute legal strategies that align with client objectives.
• Conduct legal analysis and research to provide accurate and timely counsel to clients.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders effectively and professionally.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the Illinois Bar Association.
• 10 to 15 years of relevant legal experience, with a strong background in defense litigation.
• Proven trial experience either in criminal or civil matters.
• Exceptional file handling skills, with the ability to manage a significant caseload effectively.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
