Job Description: Enterprise ArchitectHybrid (1 day in office, 4 days remote)Contract-to-hireAbout the RoleWe are seeking an Enterprise Architect to design and implement a comprehensive, enterprise-wide architecture that aligns with business goals. You will play a key role in our digital transformation initiatives, focusing on SAP ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Kinaxis Supply Chain Planning (SCP).Responsibilities:

• Lead the assessment, planning, and execution of digital transformation initiatives for SAP ERP, MES, and Kinaxis SCP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current business processes, identify pain points, and design future-state digital solutions using these platforms.
• Develop a roadmap and implementation plan for transitioning to the latest versions and leveraging new functionalities.
• Manage the technical design, configuration, deployment, and integration of SAP ERP, MES, and Kinaxis SCP systems.
• Provide guidance and training to end-users on the new functionalities.
• Continuously evaluate these systems and identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance user experience, and increase automation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP ERP, MES, and Kinaxis SCP projects.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend strategies for adopting emerging technologies.
• Ensure systems and data align with security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Document processes, configurations, and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP, MES, and Kinaxis SCP implementation, configuration, and/or optimization.
• Strong understanding of SAP’s latest digital and cloud-based solutions, as well as leading MES and SCP platforms.
• Technical aptitude for designing and configuring complex integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, with experience in BTP components and services (application development, automation, data & analytics, integration, AI).
• S/4HANA technical or functional knowledge/experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies and Clean Core principles.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking, continuous learning mindset, and business acumen.
• TOGAF certification preferred.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Certification TOGAF
