Job Description: DescriptionLeidos is seeking an experienced Endpoint Migration Lead to join our Defense Enclave Services (DES) team, who will support an extensive digital modernization program critical to Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Department of Defense (DoD) Fourth Estate Agencies. The Endpoint Migration Lead will lead a team of engineers that are focused on the design, implementation, deployment, and management of endpoint migration solutions to support the migration of DoD endpoints to DISA’s new cloud-based DoDNet Gen2 environment. Program link:Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement user endpoint management (UEM) solutionsDesign and implement automation solutions to facilitate the migration process and ensure a seamless end user experienceProvide coherent, transparent, and inclusive technical direction to the engineering team to ensure tasks are clearly defined, articulated, assigned, and tracked to completionActively work to remove blockers for the engineering teamContinually identify opportunities for improvement, including innovations in the UEM domain aimed at improving the user experience, improving efficiencies, and lowering sustainment costsEnforce security best practices and guidelines, leveraging knowledge of security policies, network security, and data securityInitiate frequent interactions with the team of engineers to identify areas of improvement and facilitate their career growth, including participation in annual performance reviewsBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experienceAbility to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance. (US citizenship required)Experience managing teams of engineers, including mentoring and fostering communication and collaboration across the teamExpertise in the deployment and management of UEM/MDM technologies, including MECM and IntuneExpertise packaging applications in MECM and Intune and managing MECM and Intune environmentsExpertise in troubleshooting issues, quickly and effectively identifying the root cause, and establishing a remediation planExperience using PowerShell or other scripting tools to facilitate endpoint migrationsUnderstanding of Federal Government application, server, and network security requirements such as NIST, FedRAMP, and FISMAAbility to work effectively within a distributed technical team, aided by strong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and ConfluenceCurrent IAT Level II (or higher) Certification such as Security + or CISSPPreferred QualificationsPossess an active DoD Secret clearance or above.
