Title of the Job: Director of Operations

Location: Chicago, IL

Job Description: Direct operations of this mid-sized, Chicago based designer/fabricator of custom Trade Show displays and exhibits.
Oversee 6 Direct reports and and a team of around 40, responsible for design/detailing, materials purchasing project management, fabrication, warehousing.
Develop strategic plans and budgets. Develop policies and procedures. Measure and report on results and enforce organizational standards.
Candidates must have trade show/exhibit/events project management experience including experience with exhibit fabrication and materials.
Demonstrated leadership experience is also required.
