Responsibilities:The Director, Growth Operations and Technology reports to the Sr. Director, Growth Operations and Network Development. This individual is a member of the National Growth Team.Position Objective:The Director, Growth Operations and Technology supports Better Health Group’s (BHG) expansion in the rapidly growing field of value-based and accountable care, proven to improve patient care, reduce healthcare costs, and provide financial security for independent primary care organizations. This role drives the performance of our growth operating model by defining and driving adoption of the processes, systems, and tools that support growth planning and execution for business-to-consumer (B2C; patient) and business-to-business (B2B; practices and clinics) marketing, sales, and cross-selling. Closely collaborating with key internal partners, this role supports BHG:

  • Targeting and segmentation. Evaluate, procure, and integrate data supporting the profiling, prioritizing, and targeting of best-fit customers. Translate targets into communications, campaigns, marketing, and sales processes, ensuring timely outreach. Journey map across segments and channels to optimize conversion.
  • Offer management and product marketing. Define and manage the processes and systems needed to maintain an accurate inventory of our portfolio of payor contracts, products, programs and services, as well as clarity on which prospects and clients are eligible for each product. Ensure development and execution of the campaigns, communications, and content needed to effectively sell our products. Configure systems to reveal customer and competitive insights that inform our product roadmap.
  • Process improvement and automation. Document how we work together. Develop scalable operational management systems that improve the reliability, reportability, and efficiency of our workflows. Instill project management and follow-through excellence.
  • Data and martech systems. Serve as primary internal lead for growth, sales, marketing automation and CRM-related systems and vendors. Evaluate and manage owned and syndicated data sets, vendor performance, spend, and contracting terms. Integrate and curate marketing, sales, and implementation systems to enable accurate reporting and ensure new affiliates and members are activated and credentialed efficiently.
  • Sales effectiveness and engineering. Develop auditable standards for prospecting, lead and sales management workflows. Create calculators and data-driven reports and tools needed to support Account-based Marketing, deal pricing, and underwriting.
  • Growth enablement. Curate a comprehensive training program that educates all roles across the company and provides measurable assurance that customer/market-facing roles are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to represent BHG.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Conducting data analysis to determine targeting and segmentation refinements
  • Creating and curating martech, CRM, sales systems, databases, and technologies
  • Defining and documenting growth-related planning and operational processes
  • Developing reporting needed to support business, marketing, and sales management
  • Ensuring growth-related roles are trained and adopting our operating model
  • Collaborating in the creation and distribution of content and communications

Position Requirements/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or other relevant field, or equivalent years of related experience in place of a degree
  • 10+ years of B2B and B2C lead gen, sales, or marketing experience in healthcare (preference for primary care, Medicare, or related industry) or 5+ years in Value-based Care (VBC) or Accountable Care Organization (ACO) space
  • 7+ years and advanced proficiency with workforce (e.g. Monday.com, Smartsheets), workflow (e.g. Miro, LucidChart), marketing automation (e.g. Pardot, Outreach.IO), and CRM/sales technologies (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Gong)
  • Advanced skills with spreadsheet development, data manipulation, and a working knowledge of database design and integration principles
  • Experience in sales enablement and training, with preference for those who have developed Learning Management Systems (LMS; Saleshood; Lessonly; Articulate)
  • Product management and marketing experience a plus (e.g. Pragmatic, PMA)
  • Familiarity with sales methods a plus (e.g. Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN)
  • Highly proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable communicating with multiple levels within an organization
  • Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills
  • Results-oriented with a focus on quality execution and delivery
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage a small team, and cross-functionally
  • Ability to work in a shifting and fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Physical ability to sit, stand and move freely about the office
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to or exceeding 50%
  • Ability to stand, walk and sit for long periods of time; ability to climb stairs
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, and pull
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machine, and computer printer

Pay Range: USD $109,150.00 – USD $139,200.00 /Yr.
