Job Description: Corporate Lawyer – Acclaimed Mid-Size Practice GroupAn established Texas-based commercial law firm, with a highly collegial environment and solid client base across varied practice areas, is currently seeking a Corporate Attorney to join their team full-time.Experience across business law, finance, M&A, commercial real estate, securities, and sophisticated corporate transactions, desired.The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses, and benefits suite.Originations are incentivised, and business development is encouraged supportively. • Applicants must be licensed in TX, in good standing, and able to work in-office
