Job Title: CAD Designer/Project ManagerResponsibilities:

• Utilize Rhino 3D CAD software to develop accurate and innovative 2D and 3D designs.
• Oversee and coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
• Maintain effective communication with teams, clients, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Identify and address design and project-related challenges proactively.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation (proposal packet, shop drawings and cut files).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in CAD design using Rhino 3D (Required).
• Strong project management skills and ability to track multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication industry practices and codes (desirable).

Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Berea, OH 44017: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Rhino 3D: 5 years (Preferred)
