Position OverviewThe supervisor at T&K Innovators is a key leader in managing the performance and development of the Behavior & Crisis consulting team. This role is crucial in ensuring that consultants meet their service hour targets and uphold the highest behavior analysis and crisis management standards. You will provide individualized mentoring and feedback. You will also oversee the timely submission of service-related reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction at T&K Innovators, thereby contributing to our organization’s reputation and client relationships. He/she must exemplify and uphold T&K Innovators’ purpose, vision, core values, and accountabilities.Consultants Performance Management: Ensure consultants achieve service hour targets for behavior and crisis consulting, to meet customer needs efficiently and on time.
Coaching, Training, and Development of Consultants: Supervise and develop consultants, provide ongoing feedback to ensure timely, high-quality client service, consistent performance, and adherence to company standards. Organize and lead weekly review sessions with each consultant to discuss their progress, and provide specific feedback.Report Management and Timely Submission: Ensure timely and accurate submission of service reports. Provide detailed feedback to consultants on any inaccuracies or incomplete information found in their reports.Customer Relationship Management and Onsite Support: Promptly resolve issues, and utilize feedback to improve consultant performance and service quality. Observe and provide feedback regarding interactions between consultants and clients during onsite visits, ensuring that the services meet the established standards.PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS for this position

• (REQUIRED) Master’s degree
• (REQUIRED) BCBA Certification
• Additional certifications in supervisory or management roles may be advantageous.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavior analysis, crisis management, or a related field, with at least one year in a supervisory or managerial role.
