Job Description: Store SupervisorSummarySupervise store operations such as loading and unloading of trailers, processing of textiles, wares processing, quality control, rotation, sales and operations. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist store manager with managing budgeted sales and expense to revenue (E/R).
Operate cash register accurately and efficiently, proper handling of cash, checks, correct change, receipts, returns, voids, discounts, credit cards, etc.
Trains and supervises store employees in retail procedures.
Performs stocking, display, and inventory duties.
Must work a flexible schedule to comply with the needs of the store.
Performs other duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities Direct supervision of employees and volunteers in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMinimum of High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Knowledge and experience in cash register procedures, stock control, banking procedures, merchandising and display.
Must maintain the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Qualifications Must maintain the ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug screens.
