• Education: JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
• Bar Admission: Active and in good standing in Illinois.
• Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of substantive general commercial litigation experience.
• Familiarity with complex litigation matters, particularly product liability.
• Insurance litigation experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in:

• Drafting and arguing discovery motions.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Managing document productions.
• Skills:

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage case files independently and contribute to the office’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial litigation, product liability, and other complex matters.
• Handle discovery motions, conduct depositions, and oversee all phases of document production.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled litigators to craft effective case strategies.
• Provide high-level counsel to clients in diverse industries, ensuring optimal legal solutions.
