Job PurposeThe Center for Community Engagement (CCE) Partnership Coordinator at Gonzaga University is responsible for fostering and managing relationships with community partners to support the university’s mission of service and engagement. This role involves implementing systems to track and onboard community partners, identifying partnership opportunities for academic and co-curricular programs, supporting data collection and evaluation of engagement and partnerships, communicating service opportunities, and managing partnership platforms. By facilitating these connections, the Coordinator ensures that students, faculty, and staff have meaningful opportunities to engage with community while enhancing the educational experience.The budgeted annual salary range that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position is $41,600-$50,000 annually.The internal full salary range is $41,600 – $57,120

Function Details
- Implements systems to track, vet, and onboard community partners.
- Together with Assistant Director (AD) of Community Engaged Learning, identifies partnership opportunities for community-engaged learning courses, Clubs and Orgs, and staff engagement.
- Supports Data Systems Analyst in implementing Gonzaga’s Campus-Community partnership assessment, annually.
- Together with AD of Campus Engagement, partners with the Center for Student Involvement to determine systems for supporting clubs service.
- Orients clubs and LLC partners on how to find on-time and ongoing service opportunities. Tracks and reports applicable engagement data (e.g., number of students involved, hours of service, and partners supported)
- Supports CCE Marketing Team in communicating one-time and ongoing service opportunities to the broader campus.
- Manages partnership side of Gonzaga Connected (or similar platform) including training partners on system usage.
- May supervise student worker(s)

Minimum Qualifications
- Three (3) – four (4) years of work experience in non-profit, community leadership or higher educational settings
- At least two (2) years of professional experience in college student services, higher education administration, education, community engagement, or non-profit/public administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
- Experience with and understanding of university systems, practices, and procedures.
- High level of cultural fluency including awareness of race, class, and ethical dilemmas that may arise from the development of strong reciprocal campus and community partnerships.
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, students, and community partners.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, skilled at developing and utilizing databases, and proficiency with web-based research.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Event planning/coordination experience.

- Ability to prep for and attend meetings and events across campus and in the community in various weather conditions.
