Title of the Job: Administrative Financial Assistant

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Job Description: We are seeking an Administrative Financial Assistant to help with invoicing, reconcilation, and other administrative tasks for a group of restaurants. This person will report to and work closely with our Controller. Option for PT or FT.The Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group is the management company for ten restaurants including Meat & Potatoes, Butcher and the Rye, Tako, Tako Torta, Gi-jin, Golden Gai, Sally Ann’s, Fish nor Fowl, Poulet Bleu, and Coop de Ville.We are looking for a candidate with previous invoicing experience. Previous restaurant industry experience is also a plus, but not required. They should be detail-oriented and systematic about repetitive tasks.Job duties include, but are not limited to:-Entering and processing restaurant invoices
-Making directed payments to vendors
-Reconciling bank and credit card statements
-Other administrative tasks
