Job Description: Position Overview:We are looking for a dedicated Labourer to join our dynamic workforce. This role will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining the smooth operation and overall efficiency of our organisation. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, physically capable, and committed to delivering exceptional results in a team-oriented environment.Core Responsibilities

• Product Familiarity: Gain knowledge of our product lines, including Marvin, Andersen, ProVia, and ThermaTru.
• Shipping & Receiving: Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and clearly marked.
• Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory, returns, and materials added to stock. Record and report any items returned from job sites.
• Field Support: Assist installers by providing necessary materials on-site and work closely with the scheduling team to ensure all installations are properly staged.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free warehouse. Ensure smooth warehouse operations and that there is always proper staffing.
• Customer Interaction: When dealing with clients, maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Truck Driving: Valid truck driver’s license with the ability to drive a truck.
• Clean MVR: No accidents, DUIs, or felonies on record.
• Heavy Lifting: Capable of regularly lifting and moving heavy equipment (50-100 lbs).
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently or collaborate as part of a team.
