Salary: $150K – $170K
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field / 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing / Strong, dedicated commitment to effecting positive change and professional development in others / Strong ability to assess and evaluate employee performance against assigned goals / Adept practitioner of Lean methodologies and process improvement (LEAN certification desired)Additional ways in which a candidate may stand out would be:

– Continuously understand, monitor, and improve metrics dedicated to safety, quality, and cost

– Monitor daily activities across manufacturing site and identify opportunities to coach and develop

– Drive accountability through increased employee commitment and engagementWhat You Need for this Position– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
– 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
– LEAN Certification
– Six Sigma Blackbelt (Desired)
– Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
– Ability to implement Visual Management and other Lean components to simplify production processes
– Expert problem solving abilities
– Strong analytical skills with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership
– Ability to develop and implement creative solutions to systems and processes
– A mindset focused on continuous improvement
