Debido a que representan parte de nuestra familia, en CBM, incentivamos su crecimiento personal y profesional a través de capacitaciones continuas y entrenamientos prácticos que ayudan a reforzar cualquier conocimiento nuevo o existente.Job Skills / RequirementsMAINTENANCE PERSONEL-Performs general repairs, executes preventative maintenance an supports the overall maintenance of the residential facilities.-Performs general repairs such as installing drywall, patching holes, installation of vinyl tile, repairing ceramic tile floors, replacing or repairing door locks, etc.-Performs basic plumbing repairs and maintenance such as adjusting faucets, replacing showerheads, repairing flush valves, and other minor plumbing repair tasks.-Performs manual labor such as moving furniture, stripping floors and unloading materials.-Performs preventive maintenance as required, such as changing filteres, inspecting equipment etc.Benefits
