Snowflake Data Analyst – Kforce

Title of the Job: Snowflake Data Analyst

Location: Westlake, TX

Job Description: Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Snowflake Data Analyst. Responsibilities:

• Partner with Agile teammates as they perform similar functions to map, design, and implement additional data sources, model DIM, Facts and Views in our Snowflake environment
• Quickly assess the Charity’s snowflake data model and learn the nuances of the data reflected in existing dashboard logic

• 5+ years of technology-related experience in data warehousing (Oracle, Snowflake)
• Proficiency with Tableau
• Proficiency with database querying tools ( SQL, etc.)
• Experience with Informatica or similar tools
• Experience with data transformations, dimensional models, and view development with an eye toward the needs for our BI partners (dashboard design needs and consumer consumption)
• Experience turning analysis into data flow diagrams and data mapping output used to support downstream dimensional model design, development, and testing scope
• Experience modeling a dimensional data model a plus
• You have proven expertise in authoring data queries when needed to validate work and focus on delivering high quality output
• You have strong communication skills necessary to solicit requirements, resolve questions or concerns with business partners
• You have experience working within an agile delivery structure, where the team is stronger than the individual
• You are intellectually curious, take initiative, and enjoy learning new environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
