• 5+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• 4+ years of Systems Engineering, and Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Linux systems (e.g., Red Hat) including configuration, troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and Log management systems (Splunk, Google logging)
• Experience with Automation tools (Ansible, Ameilia)
• Effective management of system resources to ensure operational efficiency
• Experience managing IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, or system implementations

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Operations Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Systems Operations Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
