The Layout Technician is responsible for assisting with the layout of the construction worksite, according to specifications and plumbing codes, study building plans and drawings to determine work required and sequence of installations.Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working in new construction and as part of the layout team.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings. Ability to accurately measure.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise on the worksite with effective solutions.
• Comfortable with ladders and heights
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. On occasion, lift and/or move more than 75 pounds with assistance.
