By creating “Build-to-Suit” programs, ComPsych helps employers attract and retain employees, increase employee productivity and improve overall health and well-being.Job SummaryThe Dedicated Network Provider Requests Specialist is responsible for quickly identifying, recruiting, and contracting with mental health providers on an ad-hoc basis relating to special projects, for example on pilot programs, priority accounts etc. contingent on business needs. They will also provide referral sources to clients to support their care.Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit providers for ad hoc contracting and possible participation in ComPsych’s professional provider network
• Negotiate rates, confirm required credentials, and finalize contracts for immediate access to care for a client
• Complete follow-up with clients through completion of referral
• Document all referral information in our database within the Network process and clinical process.
• Work closely with ComPsych’s clinical team to ensure a successful experience for the client

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of professional experience preferably in Psychology/other behavioral health related field or with insurance and benefits

• Ability to communicate effectively across departments, with a strong focus on customer service
• Ability to prioritize and work independently including high-speed internet and quiet home office set up
• Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated problem solving, multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational skills, including follow-up
• Ability to meet daily production expectations
