Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Superintendent. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a proven record of superintendent experience in related fields. We are a privately-owned, full-service development company specializing in residential and commercial markets. Our parent company owns and operates over 3 billion dollars worth of commercial and residential properties throughout Southern California. - Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
- Creates, maintains construction schedules, 3 week look ahead, identifies and solves problems.
- Conduct foreman meetings.
- Work with Project Management Team, Executive Leadership, Clients, etc.
What you need for this position:
- 5+ years of experience in multi-family and commercial markets.
