Job Description: Job Opportunity: Lead Foreman in Glass and Glazing IndustryA glass and glazing contractor providing top-tier glazing solutions for commercial projects is seeking a skilled Foreman for high-rise buildings to retail spaces and corporate complexes, we specialize in delivering innovative, durable, and aesthetically pleasing glazing installations that meet the diverse needs of our clients.Responsibilities:Lead Foreman Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the installation and repair of glass, windows, and related products at job sites.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory, equipment, and tools necessary for project execution.

Lead Foreman Duties:

• Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications:As a successful candidate for the Lead Foreman position, you should possess:

• Proven experience in the glass and glazing industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of glass installation techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• A commitment to upholding quality standards and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites.
