Title of the Job: Enterprise Mobile – Tech Lead

Location: Hartford, CT

Job Description: Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an ENTERPRISE MOBILE – TECH LEAD for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier INSURANCE clients in Hartford, CT.Responsibilities :

• Working with Line of Business Application teams and Architecture to define solutions to technical integrations across the Enterprise.
• Work with Enterprise Mobile Team to implement best practices, review code, and assist in improving team development.
• Contribute to and work on code for both Front End, Back end, and AWS.
• Execute in an agile framework (Scrum or Kanban). Effectively communicate questions and impediments to the team as needed.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of programming/systems analysis and 3+ years of experience executing in an Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe)
• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Strong experience with working on a Mobile Application. Ionic Hybrid is preferred, but Native applications will also be considered. Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript are foundational to this position.
• Strong Testing Framework experience and methodology. Playwright experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with GIT and GitHub Flow are essential
• UX experience with Figma and Design Tokens is preferred. Solid understanding of CSS.
• High level of independence and integrity while being a solid team player
• Demonstrated ability to complete tasks within established timelines
• Strong relationship building skills; Exceptional Communication skills – written and verbal
