By joining our team, you will play a key role in helping to our clients uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data and transforming the Government and Public Services marketplace.Work you’ll doIn support of this initiative, we are seeking an experienced consultant to drive strategic planning, organizational performance management, business process improvement, stakeholder engagement and strategic communications. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce executive-level dashboards, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, spearhead data quality improvement initiatives, and establish data governance best practices across the organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain the overall project direction, schedule, project scope, quality, work effort, interdependencies and risks.
  • Represent the team to the client and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate and participate in workshops.
  • Structure key project deliverables and proactively address program-level risks and issues, assisting with resolution
  • Develop a shared understanding of organizational metrics, encompassing both retrospective and prospective analyses
  • Comprehend the necessary efforts to achieve problem-solving and performance improvement success
  • Escalate barriers and issues requiring Echelon I leadership intervention
  • Promote a data-driven decision-making culture
  • Streamline and standardize metrics reporting to highlight issues and enhance problem-solving

This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.QualificationsRequired:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance required
  • 7+ years of experience in the areas of process improvement, driver-based performance management, strategic planning, or program design.
  • 7+ years of experience in the areas of strategic planning, performance management, capital investment, finance operations, or organizational change
  • Ability to work on-site in the great Washington DC area up to 4 days/week
  • Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Certified in Business Process Management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with military leadership and C-suite executives (CEO/COO/CFO) in commercial organizations to drive strategic decisions and implement change programs
