- Perform the duties of a technical product coordinator responsible for coordination and integration of a number of large and/or highly important, complex projects or program segments involving large multi-disciplinary product delivery teams.
- Establish criteria for development of new contracts, make presentations to the Capital Workgroup, resolve issues, and attend meetings with a wide assortment of professionals.
- Develop scopes or work, Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), quality control plans, budgets and schedules, and resourcing of jobs based on knowledge of hydropower facilities.
- Use hydropower and facility expertise to review portions of plans and specs and distributes to the appropriate engineers and specialist to complete technical reviews.

Additional information about transcripts is .Specialized Experience GS-11: One year of specialized experience which includes1) Analyzing facility and equipment requirements to provide recommendations for plans; 2) Determining hydropower equipment, facility, or service deficiencies to provide resolutions; and 3) Assisting in the preparation of budgets for functions of project management such as maintenance work, replacement of existing equipment, or increase in services. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).OREducation: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.ORCombination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18.
