Title of the Job: Production Lead

Location: Watertown, WI

Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Production Lead for a manufacturing and distribution center here in Watertown, WI. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership with at least 3 years of production/manufacturing employment history and a track record of longevity. This position will require maintaining a positive mindset while being a true team-player.Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 5:30pm-6am
Pay: $23/hour ( + $1.50 shift premium) + double time on Sundays
Drug screen and Background check will be conducted prior to employmentWork includes:

• Lead all personnel and operations during shift; coordinate breaks for employees, complete virtual paperwork, and work side-by-side with the production team on the line
• Ensure production, quality, and quantity standards are met
• Enforce all safety processes
• Maintain clear and frequent communications with employees to help prevent errors

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills
• Willing to work with the team on production floor
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred
• 3+ years experience on production floor
• Proven record of longevity at previous jobs
